By accessing and using Taxriva RTI Payroll ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Taxriva RTI Payroll is a modern, cloud-native payroll management platform designed to facilitate automated pay runs, professional HMRC RTI submissions, and pension management for UK-based employers and bureaus.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our Service, you agree to the following standards of professional conduct:

  • To provide accurate and timely company and employee data for calculations.

  • To maintain the highest level of confidentiality for your account credentials.

  • To comply with all applicable UK laws regarding payroll, tax, and employee data.

  • To authorize us to securely transmit RTI data to HMRC on your behalf.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original code, designs, features, and brand architecture are and will remains the exclusive property of Taxriva RTI Payroll and its licensors.

Our trademarks and software assets may not be used in connection with any external product or service without our explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Taxriva RTI Payroll or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform outside of its intended professional operational scope.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
